Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident purchasing Unlocked. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. One-Time Purchases (Founders Bundle)
All one-time digital product sales are final. Because Unlocked grants you immediate access to all digital content upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once access has been granted.
Exception: If a verified technical issue prevents you from accessing the purchased content — for example, an account provisioning failure or a persistent platform error — and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours of your report, you are entitled to a full refund. To request this, email support@unlockedreprep.com with a description of the issue and your order confirmation.
2. Carl Unlimited Monthly Subscription
You may cancel your Carl Unlimited subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to Carl Unlimited until that date.
No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period. For example, if you cancel on the 15th of the month, you will retain access through the end of that month and will not be charged again.

3. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted to support@unlockedreprep.com and include:
- Your full name and account email address
- Order confirmation number or date of purchase
- A description of the issue (for technical exceptions)
We will respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
4. Fraudulent Chargebacks
Filing a fraudulent chargeback for a purchase you made will result in permanent account suspension. If you have a legitimate concern, please contact us first and we will work to resolve it.
